Welcome to the Hall of Shame



Value Remodeling (New Egypt, NJ) Congratulations and welcome to my "Hall of Shame".  Value Remodeling is awarded this honor for not taking ownership of their mistakes.  In short, V.R. was hired to repair the leaks in my roof, replace a few windows and replace a front door.  The roof still leaks and V.R. claims it's not their fault - their claim is that they were hired to replace the shingles and that they were not aware that the roof leaked.  V.R. used my credit card number and charged the final payment without my authorization.

MY FIRST POINT:  Value Remodeling lies to the Better Business Bureau:



These are photos of the windows he measured and replaced, and the huge hole in the ceiling.  Did Value Remodeling not see the huge hole and the water stains?  Note the sun shinning through the ceiling when the subcontractors removed the shingles and rotten plywood.



MY SECOND POINT:  Flashing is always replaced with a new roof.  The Value Remodeling subcontractors didn't replace any flashing:
MY THIRD POINT:  Who pays $$$ to replace roof shingles and ignores the leaking roof issue?:

Who are you kidding?  Then again, if you were on the site supervising the job you would have seen them make these mistakes:



LAST POINT:  Value Remodeling charges my credit card without my authorization, approval, and against my wishes.



Because of Value Remodeling's terrible work, bad communication, and poor quality, I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer's Affairs.  My advise is to hire someone else.  Value Remodeling will never get my recommendation.
